Ashwgandha ( Withania semnifera ) : 20 gm.
Elaichi (Elittaria cordomon) : 02gm
Kesar (Crocus satibus) : 0.2 gm.

Direction of use:

Mix two tablespoon of shatayushi kalpa appox 20 gm with 01 cup of luke warm milk.this drink can be taken twice or thrice a day.
